I. Product Overview
The ZCQ series self-priming magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the ZCQ pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to centrifugal pumps. Featuring a rational design and advanced manufacturing technology, it is fully sealed, leak-free, and corrosion-resistant, with performance matching the advanced standards of similar international products. The pump is compact, aesthetically pleasing, small in size, and quiet, offering reliable operation and ease of maintenance. It is widely used in sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electroplating, food processing, film processing, scientific research, and national defense. Applications include pumping acids, alkalis, oils, rare or precious liquids, plating solutions, and volatile liquids, as well as serving as a component in circulating water systems. It is an ideal choice, in particular, for handling flammable, explosive, or volatile liquids.
II. Working Principle
This pump utilizes an external-mixing axial flow structure. The pump body consists of components such as a suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute, return port, and gas-liquid separation chamber. Upon startup, centrifugal force causes the impeller to agitate the residual liquid in the suction chamber together with the air in the inlet pipeline, creating a gas-liquid mixture. This mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber via the volute; as the flow velocity decreases, the gas and liquid separate. The air is discharged through the pump outlet, while the liquid returns to the pump body through the return port. After repeated cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is completely evacuated, creating a vacuum within the pump and enabling the self-priming function. III. Main Performance Parameters:
