G Type Single Screw Pump

I. Product Overview: The single-screw pump is a new type of pump that operates on the principle of rotary positive displacement. Its main working components are an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed bushing (stator).

Due to the special geometry of these two components, they each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium is propelled axially and flows uniformly, resulting in low internal velocity, constant volume, and stable pressure, thus preventing eddies and agitation. Each stage of the pump has an output pressure of 0.6 MPa, a head of 60 m (clean water), and a self-priming height of generally 6 m. It is suitable for conveying media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach 150℃).

Because the stator is made of various elastic materials, this type of pump has unique advantages over other pumps in conveying high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers. Its flow rate is directly proportional to its rotational speed.

The transmission can be direct drive via a coupling, or speed-regulating motors, V-belts, gearboxes, etc. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, small size, and is easy to maintain. The rotor and stator are the pump's wear parts, with a simple structure that facilitates assembly and disassembly.
