I. Product Overview

The ZS series stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is manufactured using advanced processes such as stainless steel sheet stamping, expansion forming, and welding. As a pioneering new generation of centrifugal pumps in China, it serves as a replacement for traditional IS pumps and standard corrosion-resistant pumps. It features an attractive appearance, a lightweight structure, high operational efficiency and energy-saving performance, durability, resistance to mild corrosion, and low noise levels.

II. Product Applications

The ZS series stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is a versatile product suitable for a wide range of applications. It can transport various media—including water and industrial liquids—across diverse temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. Typical applications include:

Water supply: Filtration and transport in waterworks, zonal water distribution, and main pipeline boosting;

Industrial boosting: Process water systems and cleaning systems;

Industrial liquid transport: Boiler feed water, condensate systems, cooling and air-conditioning systems, machine tool integration, and transport of acidic or alkaline liquids;

Water treatment: Distillation systems, separators, swimming pools, etc.;

Agricultural irrigation, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

III. Installation Conditions

The ZS series stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump features a close-coupled design, consisting of the pump unit, the pump shaft, and a standard motor:

1) The pump should be installed in a well-ventilated area protected from freezing;

2) The installation must ensure that the pump is not subjected to stress or tension from the system piping during operation;

3) If installed outdoors, the pump must be fitted with a suitable protective cover to prevent water ingress or condensation on electrical components;

4) Sufficient space must be left around the unit to facilitate inspection and maintenance;

5) Electrical connections must include protection against phase loss, voltage instability, leakage, and overload;

6) The pump should be installed horizontally on a base; the suction port is oriented horizontally, while the discharge port is oriented vertically. IV. Operating Conditions:

Clean, low-viscosity, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquids free of solid particles and fibers;

Liquid temperature range: -20°C to +100°C;

Maximum ambient temperature: +40°C;

Maximum altitude: 1000 meters;

Maximum system pressure: 10 bar.
