I. Applications and Features
The IS and IR series pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps designed for handling clean water. They are widely used in industrial and agricultural sectors, as well as for municipal water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
They are suitable for pumping clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, provided they are free of solid particles.
The IS and IR series pumps are designed in accordance with the performance and dimensional specifications of international standard ISO 2858.
These pumps feature a simple structure, reliable performance, compact size, and light weight. They offer good cavitation resistance, low power consumption, and ease of operation and maintenance.
The series offers high versatility; while the full range comprises 140 specifications, only four types of shafts are used. Shafts, bearings, and shaft seals of the same specification are interchangeable, and the entire series utilizes only four types of bearing housings (suspensions).
Available pump speeds are 2900 rpm and 1450 rpm.
