I. Main Applications

1. ISW Horizontal Clean Water Pump: Designed for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, high-rise building water boosting, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transport, HVAC and refrigeration circulation, hot/cold water circulation and boosting for bathrooms, and as auxiliary equipment. Operating temperature T ≤ 80°C.

2. ISWR Horizontal Hot Water Pump: Widely applicable to boiler hot water boosting, circulation, and transport in sectors such as metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, papermaking, and hotels/restaurants, as well as in municipal heating systems. Operating temperature T ≤ 120°C.

3. ISWH Horizontal Pump: Designed for transporting corrosive liquids that are free of solid particles and have a viscosity similar to water. Suitable for sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.

4. ISWB Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pump: Designed for transporting petroleum products (such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel) or flammable and explosive liquids. Medium temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.

II. Operating Conditions

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or maximum pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa (i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa). Pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, this must be specified at the time of order so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump's flow-passage and connection components during manufacturing.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C; relative humidity < 95%.

3. Volumetric content of solid particles in the transported medium ≤ 0.1%; particle size < 0.2 mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify this when ordering so that the manufacturer can use a wear-resistant mechanical seal. III. Product Features:

Smooth Operation: High concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation with minimal vibration.

Leak-proof: Hard alloy seals made of various materials ensure zero leakage under normal operating conditions when transporting different media.

Low Noise: Supported by two low-noise bearings, the pump runs smoothly; aside from the faint sound of the motor, there is virtually no noise.

Low Failure Rate: Simple and rational structure significantly extends the trouble-free operating time of the unit.

Easy Maintenance: Replacing seals and bearings is simple and convenient.

Space-saving: The discharge outlet can be oriented to the left, right, or upward, facilitating piping layout and installation while saving space.
