I. Product Overview

The ISG series single-stage, single-suction vertical inline centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy-efficient pipeline pumps. It was developed by optimizing the design of the IS-type centrifugal pump while incorporating advanced hydraulic model technologies from both domestic and international sources. Featuring a vertical structure, the pump offers stable performance and reliable operation. It is widely used in industrial and civil applications, including water supply and drainage, HVAC circulation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, and equipment integration.

Depending on the pumped medium and operating conditions, the ISG series offers variants such as hot water, high-temperature, chemical, and oil pump models to meet diverse requirements regarding temperature, corrosiveness, and fluid characteristics. Key features include high operational efficiency, energy savings, a compact structure, low noise levels, ease of maintenance, and a wide application range.

II. Product Features

1. Compact structure and small footprint

The pump utilizes a vertical inline design with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter aligned on the same centerline, allowing for direct installation into piping systems—much like a valve. Its compact, aesthetic structure minimizes the footprint, effectively reducing construction and installation costs; certain models can be used outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.

2. Stable operation and low noise

The impeller is mounted directly onto the extended motor shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact mechanical structure. An optimized bearing configuration effectively balances radial and axial loads during operation, ensuring smooth performance with minimal vibration and noise.

3. Reliable sealing and long service life

The shaft seal employs a high-quality mechanical seal or a composite mechanical seal structure. Some models feature titanium alloy seal rings and high-temperature-resistant cemented carbide sealing materials, offering excellent wear resistance and sealing performance, which effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seal.

4. Easy maintenance

The product features a modular design; maintenance can be performed without dismantling the piping system. Simply removing the nuts from the integrated pump bracket allows the rotor assembly to be withdrawn, facilitating quick maintenance and reducing downtime and associated costs.

5. Flexible operation modes

Depending on site requirements, the pumps can be operated individually, in series, or in parallel to meet specific flow rate and head requirements. 6. Versatile Installation Options

Supports vertical or horizontal installation based on on-site piping layout requirements; highly adaptable and flexible to install.

IRG series applicable temperature: T < 120°C

3. IHG Series Vertical In-line Chemical Pump

Suitable for transporting corrosive liquids that are free of solid particles and have a viscosity similar to water; widely used in:

IV. Operating Conditions

1. System Pressure Requirements

Pump suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa

Maximum system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa

i.e., Suction pressure + Pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa

Pump casing hydrostatic test pressure: 2.5 MPa

If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please specify this when ordering so that high-strength materials (such as cast steel) can be used for flow-passage and connecting components.
