Technical Information

The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.

I. Product Overview: The CQB-F type fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump features a leak-proof design that eliminates the shaft seal. Utilizing magnetic coupling for indirect drive, it completely eliminates the problem of dripping and will not contaminate the work area.

Because the pump's flow-through parts are made of "fluoroplastic alloy," it can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.

II. Working Principle: The drive unit uses an active magnetic coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is completely sealed. Magnetic coupling indirectly drives the impeller with magnets on the pump shaft, resulting in a compact, safe, and energy-efficient structure.

The robust and durable pump body structure, although the liquid-contact parts are made of fluoroplastic, has a metal outer shell, making it capable of withstanding the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impacts.

III. Main Applications: This product is widely used in: petrochemical, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling processes in automotive manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, radio, and other industries.

Operating Temperature: -20℃ to 100℃.

Note: The CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump adopts a magnetic drive structure without mechanical seal, featuring leak-free operation, stable performance, low noise, and convenient maintenance. The F type uses fluoroplastic wetted parts with excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for transferring strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
