Technical Information
The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.
I. Product Overview
The SYGY-E standard grease separator is used for pretreatment of grease-containing kitchen wastewater before it enters the drainage network. By using gravity separation and settling space inside the tank, it separates floating oil, food residue, and part of the sediment, helping reduce pipe blockage, odor, and later cleaning work.
The unit is commonly made with a stainless-steel tank and is suitable for kitchens, canteens, restaurants, hotels, and catering areas in underground garages or commercial buildings. Tank volume, inlet and outlet direction, and cleaning method can be selected according to site flow and installation space.
II. Product Features
Simple structure and convenient installation for source pretreatment of kitchen wastewater.
Stainless steel tank offers good corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Reduces grease entering drainage pipes and lowers the risk of blockage.
Can be installed above ground or partially recessed according to site conditions.
Daily operation mainly involves regular oil removal, sludge cleaning, and water-level inspection.
III. Main Applications
Suitable for hotels, restaurants, staff canteens, school canteens, commercial kitchens, food courts, and catering stalls. For basement kitchens or projects with insufficient discharge elevation, it can be used together with a wastewater lifting unit.
IV. Selection and Installation Notes
Confirm peak kitchen flow, dining scale, pipe diameter, installation position, and cleaning method.
Install the unit as close as practical to the grease wastewater source to reduce upstream grease deposition.
Use a residue basket or filter before the separator to prevent large debris from affecting separation.
Reserve enough space for opening, oil removal, sludge removal, and flushing.
V. Maintenance Recommendations
Floating oil and sediment should be removed regularly according to actual grease load. If outlet water contains more oil, odor increases, or drainage becomes slow, inspect the residue basket, baffles, inlet/outlet pipes, and tank sediment in time.
