I. Product Overview
The QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump is a third-generation model characterized by a long service life and reliable, non-stalling operation. It is capable of pumping both free-flowing liquids and viscous media, combining the advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, canned motor pumps, slurry pumps, and impurity pumps.
1. No priming required; suction lift up to 5m, discharge head up to 70m, and outlet pressure ≥ 6 kg/cm²;
2. Wide flow passages and excellent solids-handling capability; allows passage of particles up to 10mm in diameter. Minimal wear occurs when pumping slurries or fluids containing impurities;
3. Discharge head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted by regulating the air valve opening (air pressure adjustable between 1 and 7 kg/cm²);
4. No rotating parts or shaft seals; the pumped medium is completely isolated from the pump's moving parts, preventing external leakage. This ensures safety and prevents environmental pollution when handling toxic, volatile, or corrosive media;
5. No electricity required; safe and reliable for use in flammable or explosive environments;
6. Can operate while submerged in the medium;
7. Convenient to use and reliable; operation is controlled simply by opening or closing the air valve. The pump is not damaged by running dry for extended periods or by sudden shutdowns due to unforeseen circumstances. It features automatic overload protection (stopping automatically under overload) and restarts automatically once the load returns to normal;
8. Simple structure with few wearing parts; easy to install and maintain. The pumped medium does not come into contact with moving parts such as the air distribution valve or connecting rods, avoiding the gradual performance degradation seen in pumps relying on rotors, pistons, gears, or vanes;
9. Capable of pumping relatively viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP);
10. No oil lubrication required; dry running causes no damage to the pump—a key feature of this model. II. Main Applications:
1. Pumping peanut butter, pickles, mashed potatoes, cocktail sausages, fruit jams/purees, chocolate, etc.
2. Pumping paints, resins, and pigments.
3. Pumping all types of adhesives and glues.
4. Pumping various glazes for tiles, ceramics, and pottery.
5. Pumping sediments and grouting materials after oil well drilling.
6. Pumping various emulsions and fillers.
7. Pumping various types of sewage.
8. Clearing bilge water from oil tankers and barges.
9. Pumping hop slurries, yeast slurries, syrups, and molasses.
10. Pumping accumulated water from mines, shafts, tunnels, mineral processing plants, and slag pits; pumping cement grout and mortar.
11. Pumping various rubber slurries.
12. Pumping abrasives, corrosive agents, petroleum products, and drilling mud; cleaning oil sludge and general containers.
13. Pumping highly toxic, flammable, and volatile liquids.
14. Pumping strong acids, strong alkalis, and highly corrosive liquids.
15. Pumping high-temperature liquids (up to 150°C).
16. Serving as a feed-pressure device for solid-liquid separation equipment.
