I. Product Overview

The DBY series electric diaphragm pump represents a new type of pump. Thanks to recent breakthroughs in diaphragm material technology, this pump type is increasingly adopted in industrialized nations across the globe—replacing other pump types—for applications in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, and metallurgy. The product design is based on prototypes from the US company ABEL; the pump is suitable for low-pressure applications (specifically, an outlet pressure of ≤3 kgf/cm²).

II. Main Applications

1. Highly toxic, flammable, or volatile liquids.

2. Strong acids, strong alkalis, and highly corrosive liquids.

3. High-temperature media (up to 150°C).

4. Pre-stage feed pump for various filter presses.

5. Hot water recovery and circulation.

6. Oil tanker, oil depot, and oil loading/unloading operations.

7. Pumping of foodstuffs such as pickled vegetable brine, jam, mashed potatoes, and chocolate.

8. Pumping of paints, gums, pigments, and adhesives.

9. Ceramic glaze slurries, cement grout, mortar, and mud.

10. Rubber slurries, latex, organic solvents, and fillers.

11. Clearing bilge water and residual oil from oil tanker and barge holds.
