I. Product Overview
The SYWG-SJ series is a fully automatic, intelligent, pipeline-pressurizing water supply system with an integrated submersible pump, independently developed by our company. Compared to standard pipeline-pressurizing equipment on the market, it offers advantages such as quiet operation, a compact footprint, the elimination of negative pressure, and reliable performance; it is a flagship product highly recommended by our company. It effectively utilizes the pressure from the municipal water supply network to provide pressurized or boosted water delivery to users. By eliminating the need for traditional storage pools or water tanks, it prevents secondary pollution and avoids wasting the energy inherent in municipal network pressure. As an eco-friendly, energy-saving solution, it significantly reduces infrastructure investment costs and shortens construction periods.
The SYWG-SJ system comprises a stainless steel submersible pump, a stainless steel pressure-bearing flow-stabilizing tank, stainless steel valves and piping, a pneumatic pressure-stabilizing tank, an intelligent variable-frequency control cabinet, and a base. It is widely applicable to water supply for high-rise buildings, pump room renovations, industrial and mining pressurization systems, and water supply for high-end hotels and guesthouses.
II. Product Features
1. Energy-saving and Eco-friendly:
The SYWG-SJ system utilizes municipal network pressure, passing it through the flow-stabilizing tank and the integrated submersible pump to deliver pressurized water to users, achieving significant energy savings. Furthermore, the system operates in a fully enclosed manner, preventing pollution and ensuring environmental friendliness.
2. Quiet Operation:
The SYWG-SJ system features a submersible pump housed within the flow-stabilizing tank. The water acts as a buffer, providing excellent sound insulation that reduces noise to minimal levels—making operation virtually silent. This level of quiet performance is unattainable with standard pipeline-pressurizing equipment.
3. Compact Footprint:
Because the pump is integrated into the flow-stabilizing tank, the SYWG-SJ system drastically reduces the space required for external pumps and piping; its footprint is only one-half to one-third that of conventional pipeline-pressurizing equipment. 4. No Negative Pressure:
In the SYWG-SJ system (featuring a built-in pump), the inlet to the flow-stabilizing tank is located at the bottom, while the submersible pump's intake is positioned in the middle of the tank. This ensures a constant water reserve in the lower section of the tank, thereby preventing the formation of negative pressure that could damage the municipal water supply network.
5. Outdoor Installation:
Thanks to its excellent integrated and enclosed design—combined with our company's outdoor-rated variable frequency control cabinet—the SYWG-SJ system fully meets diverse outdoor application requirements, significantly expanding the equipment's scope of use. 5. Installation, Handling, and Transport: As the SYWG-SJ system is a fully integrated unit, customers avoid the need for complex on-site procedures like welding, resulting in significant savings on both costs and construction time.
6. Flexible Configuration:
The SYWG-SJ system is available in both vertical and horizontal models; the vertical configuration is suitable for applications requiring a delivery head of less than 50 meters, while the horizontal configuration is suited for heads exceeding 50 meters.
III. Working Principle
The SYWG-SJ system consists of stainless steel submersible pumps (typically one or two units) and a flow-stabilizing tank. The tank is equipped with a pressure sensor, a vacuum suppressor, a stainless steel check valve, a stainless steel butterfly valve (or ball valve), a pneumatic pressure-stabilizing tank, stainless steel piping, and a variable frequency control cabinet.
When the system is put into operation, water from the municipal supply enters the flow-stabilizing tank, and the air inside is expelled through the vacuum suppressor; once the tank is full, the vacuum suppressor closes automatically. The variable-frequency control cabinet allows for the setting of the required water supply pressure. A pressure sensor feeds pressure signals back to the cabinet, which starts a submersible pump to provide boosted water supply to users. The system automatically adjusts the pump's speed via variable-frequency control based on water demand to maintain constant pressure. If demand increases, the first pump switches to mains-frequency operation while a second pump automatically starts in variable-frequency mode. Conversely, if demand decreases, the system stops one pump while the other continues in variable-frequency mode; when water usage ceases entirely, both pumps automatically stop.
If the municipal water supply is interrupted, the water level in the flow-stabilizing tank drops, allowing air to enter the tank through a vacuum breaker. When the water level falls below the submersible pump's intake, rendering it unable to supply water, the control cabinet stops the pump based on pressure sensor signals. This prevents equipment damage and resource waste while avoiding the creation of negative pressure that could damage the municipal water network.
