I. Product Overview

The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards, incorporating advanced non-metallic pump technology. The pump body features a metal casing lined with fluoroplastic, and all wetted parts are constructed from fluoroplastic alloys. Components such as the pump cover and impeller are created by sintering and molding fluoroplastic over metal inserts. An advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal is utilized; the stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), while the rotating ring employs PTFE-filled material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance. Both the inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel to enhance pressure resistance. Field performance demonstrates that this pump offers numerous advantages, including corrosion and wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, resistance to aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, a sophisticated and rational structure, reliable sealing, ease of maintenance, and a long service life.

It offers stable performance and simple operation: while initial priming is required before the first use, subsequent operations do not require re-priming—the pump can simply be started directly. The self-priming lift ranges from 2 to 4 meters, depending on the medium's density, making it an ideal alternative to bulky, heavy pump units.
