CQB-G Magnetic Drive Pump

I. Product Overview

The CQB-G high-temperature magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the magnetic pump) typically consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its primary feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power, ensuring zero leakage. When the motor drives the rotation of the coupling's outer magnet assembly, magnetic flux lines pass through the gap and the isolation sleeve to act upon the inner magnet assembly; this causes the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor, transmitting torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, the liquid is sealed within the stationary isolation sleeve; the absence of dynamic seals results in complete freedom from leakage.

II. Key Features

The CQB-G series magnetic pump is a new type of corrosion-resistant, zero-leakage pump developed by the national joint design group for magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic specifications are comparable to those of similar international products from the late 1980s.

The types and basic parameters of the CQB series magnetic pumps comply with the standard JB/T 7742–1995 "Types and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps" and the "Supplementary Provisions for Three Standards on Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps."
