Technical Information

The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.

I. Product Overview

The CQB-F series fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump features a leak-proof design that eliminates the need for shaft seals; instead, it utilizes magnetic coupling for indirect drive, completely resolving leakage issues and ensuring no contamination of the operating site.

The pump's wetted parts are constructed from "fluoroplastic alloy," allowing for the continuous transport of corrosive media—such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants—at any concentration without damage.

II. Working Principle

The drive mechanism employs a driving magnet coupling mounted directly onto the motor shaft. The pump chamber is fully enclosed, and the impeller (equipped with magnets) on the pump shaft is driven to rotate via magnetic coupling, resulting in a compact, safe, and energy-efficient structure.

The pump features a robust structure; while the wetted parts are made of fluoroplastic, the outer casing is metallic, enabling the pump body to withstand pipeline loads and mechanical impacts.

III. Main Applications

This product is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, automotive pickling processes, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, and radio electronics.

Operating temperature: -20°C to 100°C.

Note: The CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump adopts a magnetic drive structure without mechanical seal, featuring leak-free operation, stable performance, low noise, and convenient maintenance. The F type uses fluoroplastic wetted parts with excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for transferring strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
